5. Custom Jewelry Orders
Custom jewelry is made specifically for each client based on the agreed design and specifications.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and will be communicated during the consultation process.
Minor variations between the final piece and digital renderings or sketches may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the jewelry.
6. Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their destination country.
7. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
At TACH Vintage, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to read each product description carefully before making your purchase.

Custom Jewelry
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made pieces, all custom jewelry sales are final.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
8. Repairs & Warranty
If your jewelry requires repair, please contact our team for an assessment.
Manufacturing defects may be repaired at our discretion.
Damage resulting from normal wear, accidental impact, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend:
Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, or showering.
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and chemicals.
